Recently I had breakouts due to I-do-not-know what the caused is. It was probably due to my diet (because Eid is still around and I enjoy a lot of foods while visiting friends and relatives) or due to stress in the office or maybe the Mario Badescu Seaweed Night Cream - well, I am not quite sure of that.

For that, I decided to treat my acne with Mario Badescu Special Mask For Oily Skin which controls the build up and surface oils, controls excessive oils and treating the congested pores with clay and calamine lotion which contains in this mask.

which to my experience it does what it says. While putting this mask onto my face, I feel like applying calamine lotion to my whole face which reminds me of my childhood experience struggling with teen acne. I apply a thin layer onto clean skin and I wait for about 10-15 minutes before I rinse with tepid water. I did not wait till the mask completely dry as I think it will dry and strip out my natural moisture.


After applying this, I found that my skin really clean and noticed that the pimple was receding. And I could not be any happier! Though it was not taken off my breakouts immediately but I am quite pleased with the performance. I also noticed that it minimized my pores for 24 hours, or more depending on my diet (strictly no oily food).

The only cons about this mask, it smells awful but I could bear with it as the smell gone after few minutes application. As for the first experience, I am not quite sure whether I like it or not but I plan to use it again after 2 days to see if it could amaze me or completely clear out my breakouts.

This mask only contains 6 ingredients, which I think is great for those with sensitive skin.
