Rose tea, also known as Rose Bud Tea, is made of whole dehydrated rose blossoms. The delicate pink flowers make a fragrant brew that is light-tasting, fruity, low in calories and rich in anti-oxidant. In some cases, rose tea is made of whole petals of dried mature roses, that is used as sole ingredient in rose tea. Steep with hot water at 90-95 degrees Celsius for about 4-5 minutes, if you want to leave it longer it is even better. For best result, do not use the brew loose rose tea more than 3 times.
