Salty Hair Loss | Adding Salt Into Your Shampoo

Does Hijabi actually having the same oily scalp and hair loss problem like me? I noticed my hair started to fall and now dull, thinner than before. I started wearing hijab about 7 years ago and since then my hair loss problem is worrying me. I've tried so many shampoos and salon treatment but the problem seems not much helping.

Now that I'm tired of going back to the salon spending money like a millionaire with no satisfying results, I'm looking for a natural treatment to cure my hair loss problem because I'm too broke to visit the salon again. Help! I live in a humid weather where my scalp tend to get oily easily.

I heard the table salt could be a live saver. I don't know though. I've tried 2 times already and have yet to see the result. But I do noticed the hair fall seems lesser than before. Does that actually tell my hair loss problem gonna be okay soon?

What I read about the table salt, it could cure the scalp issue and actually helps to relieve itchy scalp, increase the volume and promote hair growth, unclog pores and helps to prevent hair loss. I'm not sure if I can simply use any types of salt or are there a specific salt to use.

Sea salt is a great remedy to treat hair loss because its medicinal characteristic and has been used for ages. It is rich in minerals that are good for scalp, such as sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, bromide, chloride, iron, copper, and zinc. Adding salt while using shampoo could moisturizes, revitalizes, and rejuvenates hair. It is also great for exfoliation to remove the dead skin cell, improve blood circulation, and aids in cell regeneration.

How I do it? I mix a teaspoon table salt with my shampoo and massage my scalp for few minutes then rinse my hair as usual. But recently someone told me to first wash my hair, then massage a teaspoon salt onto my scalp for 15 minutes then wash it again. I have yet to try the second method but I guess massage the salt directly could irritate my scalp. But I'm going to try it though. I'll do anything to cure my hair loss problem.

What do you think? Do you have any home remedy tips for hair loss? I don't want to be a bald Hijabi though. Let me know in the comment, I'd be glad to hear from you.
